WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

All active employees can participate.
Referrals of former employees or contractors may not qualify unless stated otherwise.

INCENTIVE DETAILS

For every successful referral, you’ll receive a $25 referral bonus, which will be paid in full after the referred VA has completed 90 days of employment. The bonus will be processed with the next scheduled payout following the 90-day mark.

Example: The 90th day falls on March 27, but the payout will be processed on the next scheduled disbursement, which is Tuesday, April 1.

Referral Rules You Need to Know

ELIGIBLE REFERRALS

✔ Successfully complete the 90-day period without any client-raised concerns and without being under any active reset or correction plan.

✔ Both the Referrer and the Referred VA must be actively working with an HSVA client at the time of payout. The only exception is if the Referrer was released due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

EXCLUSIONS

✘ Self-referrals or candidates already in the recruitment process are not eligible.

✘ Employees enrolled in a performance or disciplinary action are ineligible until after the DA decision.

How to Submit a Referral

Submit referrals through the official form before the candidate applies.

Provide complete details about the candidate (name, contact, qualifications).

Only the first employee to refer a candidate will receive the incentive. Candidate should apply within 30 days upon referral form is received.
